Nestlé Sells Grain d’Or Business & Partners with Kilani Groupe to Distribute its Brands in Tunisia
Nestlé today announced that it has reached an agreement to sell its popular cereal brand Grain d’Or, including its factory, to Kilani Group. As part of this agreement, Kilani will also directly import and distribute Nestlé products in the country.
Kilani Group is a leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical products and a distributor of health, beauty, well-being, and hygiene products in Tunisia.

Ownership of the international brands remains with Nestlé, who continues to provide a wide range of products in the country. Nestlé employees will maintain their employment and conditions under the new ownership of Kilani Group, which is well positioned in different sectors including industry, wholesale, direct distribution, retail, and services.
Kilani Group has been operating in Tunisia since 1986, and currently employs 1800 people in Tunisia and abroad. It is a leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical products; and a distributor of a vast range of globally renowned FMCG and healthcare brands.
The deal is expected to close following the completion of customary closing conditions.
